New employees receive an organised introduction to Kılıçoğlu Makina’s structure, working principles, occupational safety rules, quality expectations and the responsibilities of their role.
In-house Training
Technical knowledge and operational experience are shared through internal sessions led by experienced employees and managers. Topics are selected according to production needs, process improvements and individual development plans.
External Training
When specialised expertise is required, employees may participate in external programmes, seminars or certification training delivered by qualified institutions.
Development Programmes
